依托于質(zhì)標(biāo)所的國(guó)家飼料質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)中心（北京）是由國(guó)家質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)檢疫總局和農(nóng)業(yè)部依法授權(quán)，經(jīng)國(guó)家計(jì)量認(rèn)證并通過(guò)中國(guó)合格評(píng)定國(guó)家認(rèn)可委員會(huì)認(rèn)可的國(guó)家級(jí)飼料質(zhì)檢機(jī)構(gòu)，具有第三方公正地位，依法向社會(huì)出具公正的檢驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)。
●承擔(dān)國(guó)家質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)檢疫總局和農(nóng)業(yè)部及有關(guān)部門(mén)指定的飼料產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全的監(jiān)督抽查檢驗(yàn)；
●受農(nóng)業(yè)部委托，開(kāi)展全國(guó)飼料質(zhì)量安全監(jiān)管和重大飼料及畜產(chǎn)品安全突發(fā)事件查處工作；
●受農(nóng)業(yè)部委托，開(kāi)展飼料質(zhì)量安全預(yù)警監(jiān)測(cè)和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)排查，承擔(dān)飼料和畜產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全應(yīng)急任務(wù)；
●受農(nóng)業(yè)部委托，承擔(dān)國(guó)外飼料和飼料添加劑進(jìn)口登記的質(zhì)量復(fù)核檢驗(yàn)；
●受農(nóng)業(yè)部委托，承擔(dān)新飼料和飼料添加劑登記的質(zhì)量復(fù)核檢驗(yàn)；
●負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)全國(guó)飼料質(zhì)檢體系進(jìn)行技術(shù)指導(dǎo)和人員培訓(xùn)；
●負(fù)責(zé)飼料產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的仲裁檢驗(yàn)和其他委托檢驗(yàn)，在不影響公正性的前提下，為社會(huì)提供技術(shù)咨詢服務(wù)。
China National Feed Quality Control Center (Beijing)
Attached to IQSTAP, the China National Feed Quality Control Center (NFQCC)is an institution authorizedby Ministry of Agriculture (MOA) and General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ). It is a national accredited laboratory approved by the Certification and Accreditation Administration for feed quality inspection, which is authorized to provide the arbitration assessment report for feed quality.
●Undertake the monitoring task for feed quality and safety assigned by MOA and AQSIQ.
●Assigned by MOA, CNFQCC undertakes the national supervision program on feed quality and safety control, and investigates the emergent incidents with serious consequences on animal feed and products.
●Assigned by MOA, CNFQCC engages in early-warning monitoring and risk analysis for feed quality and safety.
●Assigned by MOA, CNFQCC is responsible for registration testing of imported feed and feed additives.
●Assigned by MOA, CNFQCC engages in new feed and feed additives authorization testing.
●Provide technical assistance and training for feed quality inspection organizations and feed industries.
●Responsible for arbitration inspection and other kinds of assigned inspection. Provide technical consultancy service for public, premise is that not affecting the fairness.
